I meet the guests, interpret negotiations and site visits, and stay with the delegation for the whole business programme. I also accompany Kazakh delegations on trips abroad.

- Trips of Kazakh delegations to congresses, ministerial conferences and working meetings.
How I work
- I study the host’s industry in advance: site visits bring narrow terminology that must be rendered without pauses.
- I work for the host’s reputation: protocol, business etiquette, welcoming and seeing off the guests.
- I help with the small practical matters of the day so the guests lose no time.
What I need from the organiser
- Visit programme, delegation list, route and travel times.
- Information about the facility and materials for the tour.
